01.  How can I book cleaning in your company?

Just call the phone number 07707071452 (you can also write a text message), write an e-mail: contact@katesmaidservice.co.uk, or use the contact form on our website. Give some information about the size of your home or office, tell what the scope of work for us to do and give own address.

Kate will give you an initial offer, but always before signing the contract she must see the place of cleaning. In this way, we can accurately calculate how much time is needed for our cleaner to perform their duties. It is very important because in this case, our time is your money. Not always for the same size home or office is need the same amount of time, a lot depends on the scope of work, general condition of the premises, the manner of use.

02.  Do we sign some sort of an agreement on cleaning?

Yes, always we sign a contract for the cleaning after agreement of everything during the meeting with Kate. This applies to domestic cleaning and office cleanings, a one off/deep/end of tenency cleaning and regular cleaning. This is a contract specifically prepared for our company. Clearly specifies all the terms of the agreement between us and the customer. To him appendix is attached with a detailed schedule and charges.

03.  Can cleaners take a break during cleaning of the house or office ?

During work at the customer's cleaners can not do paid breaks. If a break is taken then we must be informed about it and it is not added to the working time. He should not also use any appliances, products for his private purposes. Another important issue. If any of our cleaners needs to take a holiday, ill / sick, or for other reasons can not work, always we are trying to find a cover as soon as possible.

04.  Do Your cleaners work for you? Are they insured? Do You have a privacy policy?

All collaborators with us, cleaners signed agreements with us giving the exact rules of cooperation and execution of their duties. They fill a special form where personal details refrences, etc are entered. These are self-employed, we pay all proper taxes and National Insurance contributions. Our contract requires each franchisee insurance of their economic activity. Customers keys we pass only with written confirmation under special supervision. The cleaner has no right to inform others about the client, provides the information necessary to perform cleaning only to us directly.

05.  If and how can I report a complaint?

We are here to fully perform ordered cleaning of your home or office. If you have any comments first, please report them to our cleaner. We are confident that it will make every effort to perform their duties well. Please also notify us immediately by phone or email. In extreme cases, we are willing to propose another cleaner. All for your satisfaction with our services. If you pay regularly and did not report any complaints we assume that you are happy with our cleaning services.

06.  How can I pay for your cleaning services?

We prefer payment to our company account by bank transfer, after prior arrangement with us you can pay by bank check written on Kate's Maid Service. For payment in cash we do  not agree to accept it for security reasons for our cleaners. In this case, please always contact us. Soon we trigger payment PayPal where you will be able to pay with a bank card online.

07.  Is our cleaning service expensive? Who can afford it?

The price for our cleaning services is fairly calculated. Always very diligently we try to determine the time to get the job done. Our cleaners are efficient and honestly motivated good wages and form of our cooperation.

For example, our professional cleaner is able to handle a house with 2-3 bedrooms in 2 hours per week. It cost about £25. For the small amount of money you are buying peace of mind, free time, and your strength spent on other important matters to you.
